Good ways to burn fat?

I want to loose weight. I’ve changed my diet. I’m wondering what are some good exercises to burn fat and build muscle? I don’t have a lot of equipment and I don’t like the gym because of all the people watching me. I need some exercises that I can do around my house.

Sit ups, running, basic stretches, push ups and there are lots of other work outs you can do at home. And drink lots of water and have a balanced diet as well.

That’s great that you want to get fit. I personally don’t like going to the gym too, so I always workout at home.

For burning fat, aerobic exercises are the way to go because it requires the most energy. Just go for a run outside, or you can skip rope. Strength training exercises don’t use that much energy as compared to aerobic, so don’t rely on weight-lifting for burning fat.

As for strength exercises…as long as you have a set of dumbells (a bench is also a valuable asset), you can get strong…there are many exercises you can do with basic equipment like this. I recommend getting a book about weightlifting or just go on a fitness website to find exercises you can do with this.

I do know that drinking 4-5 cups of green tea with a squeeze of lemon helps your metabolism..
