what are some good ways to burn 1000 calories?

okay, I wanna start getin in shape b/c I’ve been eatn way 2 much junk food and I wanna get back in shape. Im also gunna try out for the cheerleading squad so I want to start getin in shape before tryouts in march. Does anybody know any good ways to burn calories or any good excerxises? P.s.- I dont have a treadmill or anything like that. But I do have 2 three pound weights so thats 6 lbs :)

look up the Insanity Workouts. They burn about 1000 calories in the 40 min workout and builds some nice muscle. Your cardio will improve, you will get veeerry toned, and you will be burning the calories. All you need for it is you.

well start off by doing exercise and keep eating normaly , but try to eat fruits , vedgtables , etc. cheerleading is good but still try to run a every day that does the job. See a doctor for a healthy diet. Good Luck! :D
