Does any one know a good way to lose belly fat?

I’ve lost 20 pounds in 3 months and I still want to lose 10-15 more if not just my belly. I tried hip hop abs, wrapping plastic to sweat more anything else I can do???

just eat healthy and exercise, damn those hip hop abs are a f* joke dont go with those, all that stuff is, just get a big exercise ball and do crunches and stuff.

You cannot lose fat in a specific area. Even if you do 1000 sit ups a day if you don’t do fat burning cardio you are just going to have abs under fat.

I have went form 210 to 134. I still have a belly that I would love to get rid of. But since I can’t do any cardio, it is still there and it will stay there until I am well enough to workout.

Get an exercise bike, a treadmill, anything like that. You have to burn fat by getting your heart rate up and keeping it up. Most exercise professionals recommend an hour of cardio at least 3 times a week.

eat fruit and vegetables and just exercise it really good
