Good times to jog..
I was wondering if there was a time of day when jogging would affect weight loss the most, also is once a day for one hour enough or should I do it like twice or three time a day and longer times?

running gives you energy youll start your day off right if you can get outta bed and run.
there isnt a time of day thats best. however you shouldnt run in the middle of the day, or when its hottest. you will only lose water weight. and after you will want to drink more because youre overheated. so personally I find its best to run early in the morning or when it starts getting dark, the coolest times of the day. theres no need to make running harder on your body by running when its hot outside. hope that helps
once a day is good because you cood overwork urself if you do that more… im guessing that the best time of day to loose the most whieght wood b the middle of the day because you sweat more and I’ve heard that that burns more fat… but thats only what I heard
