Is boxing 3 times a week enough?

I just started boxing I take it 3 times a week is that enough to get me in good shape? I feel like it wont be enough

ideally you should be getting 30 min 5 days a week, the boxing will definitely help. just jog or swim or any other activity for half an hour a couple of other days a week
