Good excersics in home?

I need to lose major weight! I want to lose it fast but you know, within like 6 months or so. I want to lose 50 pounds.

I’m not aloud to go outside (I know, FLIPPIN retarded) So I need some good excersices inside the house. Like sit-ups or whatever. I’m trying to eat less and healthier, but my mom always brings crap in once and awhile. I try to tell her that it’s bad and to stop, but she still does it anyways.

Can anyone give me routines for indoor excersices? And how long do you think it will take if I go with the routines and try to eat less/healthier to lose 50 pounds, and keep it off? Thanks peeps

There are lots of good exercises to do at home to help lose weight. But I always recommend aerobic exercises for fast weight loss. Also Salads are fantastic too, especially if you eat them as main meals. do 20-30 minutes of aerobic s 2-3 times per week and you’ll should see results from the 2nd day. check this link for more info. jaysfitfast.yolasite.com
