What are some good home excercises?

What are some really good home exercises to lose a lot of weight on? My eating habits are still bad, but I’m atleast cutting back a little, but I still don’t lose weight at all, and I’ve been doing like 20 squats, 60 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 40 sit-ups, and still gain weight…So I’m getting really depressed, I know exercising isn’t suppose to make you drop the weight fast, but I want it to atleast help me get my heart racing, so I can get use to doing sit-ups and blah.

 I'm 14 years and need to lose 70 pounds to be in the healthy average weight, according to BMI's and stuff. So can anyone tell me what are some more at home exercises I can do, and how much? 

 My moms poor so fast food is one thing she gets a lot for our family, that's how we got fat. And I can't not eat it, because if I don't then I starve because there's nothing else in the fridge and stuff soo ya...
 What are more at home exercises I can do, and how many of each?? Thanks

You can actually die from over-hydration. Drink 8 glasses of water daily. Cold water burns more calories because calories are used to heat up your body and cold water will cool your body off!

Fast food is mostly nothing but empty calories. Do NOT eat the fries. They are nothing but empty carbs and will do nothing but add weight to you. If anything, just eat the meat. Yes I know it has fat and carbs in it but it is the ONLY thing with nutrition. Do not drink soda, that is the easiest way to put on weight is through what you drink.

As far as home exercises. It does not matter what exercise you do as long as you can sustain a heart rate that will burn fat which you should check a chart for that. Sustain that heart rate for at LEAST 30 minutes to effectively burn off those empty carbs you have been soaking up.

Do NOT eat til you are full. EVER!

wow.well, you’re doing a good job! Drink LOTS of water.I know that’s not an exercise, but it burns calories. Try just drinking water for ONE week, you’ll feel really good. (: Umm.To lost weight in your arms, try doing arm circles.Do about fifty every morning, and every night. also, try doing 50 sit-ups every morning when you wake up, and every night before you go to bed.I swear, you’ll lose weight quicker then you think. And…Fast food? Try going without. I mean, I know you have to have the fast food. But..when your mother brings fries home, just eat the fries. don’t have them with ketchup.that would just be empty calories. okay? hope I helped.(: Ohh! and the water thing! have as MUCH water as OFTEN as POSSIBLE. okay? and not that silly flavored or store bought stuff.just use the tap.(:
