Is this to little excersize

I am trying to lose weight and this is the excersize im doing each week : On a monday I walk home from school and then do ten minutes of step ups, on a tuesday I walk home from school and do 10 minutes of step ups then from 6 to 8 I do a dance class but the dancing is pretty light but I suppose its still excersize. On wednesday I walk home from school and do 10 minutes of step ups, then on thursday I do about half an hour of netball and 10 minutes of step ups and I walk home from school and on a friday I do half an hour of netball and walk home from school and do 10 minutes of step ups. Is this enough excersize some of it is pretty light like the netball it isnt very energetic so I wondered if it was enough ???

if you are really wanting to lose weight and tone up you should do weight training. your weight loss will be much quicker :] hope it works!
