Any diet that contains all the vitamins and minerals you need every day, We need to eat healthy foods, in small portions, all we need is 3 oz of meats, like chicken breast, skinless, or turkey, fish and loin type meats, Cut out processed foods, Drink/eat skim or lowfat milk, yogurts, and cheese every day. Fruits and veggies are also very important and they will fill you up. Switch from white flour products to whole grain, like wheat rice, bread , cereals and pasta. Drink lots of water instead of saod or presweetened drinks that have empty nutritional value. And exercise 4-5 times a week. learn how to read nutritional labels and stick to one portion sizes for the foods that you are eating. This is a no fail diet plan
