Is this a good diet?
Okay so im thinking about going on a diet and I was going to try eating a little bit of oatmeal everyday cause I love oatmeal…is that a healthy diet?
well, really thats not a diet bud, but oatmeal is a good thing to eat in the morning. anyways, if youre trying to drop some weight you need to do a little research and find a good diet that you think you can follow comfortably to get to whatever goal you have.
yeah. aslong as it says whole grain. which the majority are.
eat it with fruit too. its a good breakfast and will give you more energy thoughtout the day and that is what will make you lose weight in the long run
