What is a good way for me to go on a diet w/o eating salads?

I’ve been eating salads for the last two weeks & still havent lost my weight

Dieting isn’t solely around salads, its an aid to dieting. You could be eating a burger and have a salad later, does that make sense to you?

Look if you want to lose weight properly, do exercises that go along with your diet. Go to your local gym and do a 30 minute work out there for 5 days a week. If you don’t have a gym, make up your own work out that you can do at home consisting of sit ups, push ups, crunches, jumping jaxs etc.

Also drinking things such as green tea that have antioxidants can help you increase your metabolism. Another aid to this would be jogging for 30 minutes in the morning or in the afternoon will help you lose the weight. Your not just going to lose weight if your just eating salads. That would be like me trying to swim with out moving my arms. Make an effort to lose weight and you will lose it :)

because your starving yourself which is extreemly stupid FIRST you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight then if you actually DO need to loose weight HEALTHY eating (NOT starving yourself) and regular exerscise is the only way to do it

I think the best way to diet is, eating your meals but when you get full just stop, dont force feed or keep eating after you full.. I also think if you snack between meals only have something like salad not crisps and chocolate, althoughh it is better to have a balanced diet ;) with enoughh fat, protine, carbohidrates, etcc :):) x

u can eat any food you want but always check the back of the food to see the serving size and you can live life normally without any worries
