What is the most effective workout for biceps?

I have become quite interested in fitness recently and want to work on my biceps. Whats the most effective workout for them?

in addition to pp2233oo’s advice, which is solid. I’m guessing by wanting large biceps you are intending on having large arms. Do not negate the fact that triceps are much larger than biceps. If you want large arms work your triceps just as much if not more than your biceps. A well rounded routine in all areas makes you built more effectively and you won’t look weird lol.

using a combination of techniques is the best way to grow muscle.

I use dumbells and do 10 curls using each arm then ten hammer curls using each arm, then after that I do pressups and pull ups, and finish of by using the barbell and taking it to my limit each time

using the barbell at the end helps you measure your progress.

also I would say not just to work on your biceps, sure you can focus there but youll get much better results if you do a more rounded routine.
