Fast For 10 days

I need to lose about 20 pound in 2weeks. If I dont eat or drink for 10days will I lose weight?

yes you will but dont eat a lot after you get done drink water tho you will die unless you do but if you do fast dont eat to much after your done youll gain it all back

Well, yeah, you’ll loose weight, but it sure will reek havoc on your body. There are MUCH MUCH better ways to loose weight. You didn’t put it on overnight, don’t expect it to come off overnight! When you deprive your body of food and nutrients, it goes in to starvation mode…NOT HEALTHY! When you do start eating again, and eventually you will have to, your body is going to store any and everything, and your body will store it as FAT! It stores it away for the next time you decide to starve your body. It’s really not a good way to go about it. Try eating healthier, there are way to many good foods out there that you can eat and still loose weight. Try to exercise some, walking is good way to start out. It will be much better for you, and your body will thank you.

Yeah. You can only last a short amount of time without water (3 days at most), or you will die. It is impossible to lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks unless you get something like liposuction. Crash dieting really is a bad idea because it is dangerous. Why don’t you try excersizing instead and eating a balanced diet?

yes you will lose weght ((and dehydrate)) but it would be muscle then when thats gone you will lose your fat but its not healthy or sane!!!

Are you serious? No… you wont actually. Your stomach will start eating itself and you will end up gaining weight. If your going to lose weight, do it in a healthy way, be smart.
