Yes i advise it, protein builds up repairs, and strengthens or repairs broken or ripped tissue in the body. Your immune system is made up of mostly protein. If i am correct protein produces hemoglobin which is the bit of the red blood cells that carry oxygen to the different parts of your body. All in all yes its very helpful for a fast and effective recovery.

believe it or not rest helps more than anything…..when you tear micro tears in your arm from lifting or any use your body when you sleep repairs the micro tears…. proteign and rest
