What happens if you eat a full breakfast, skip lunch and eat a full dinner with a glass of milk right before bed?

Answer #1

what do you mean what happens? Nothing at all. You just eat without lunch

Answer #2

she/he means if it is unhealthy to stay hungry, but consume about the same.

Answer #3

Nothing. Many people eat 2 meals, and are in good health. Some people even think they are better off without lunch. Personally, I am better off without dinner.

Answer #4

Drinking before bed requires you to pee in the middle of night, which I would rather sleep all through the night haha. It’s just the milk before bed that bothers me.

Answer #5

Short term nothing. Long term it could slow down your metabolism. As your body accustoms to only 2 meals it slows down your metabolism to ensure energy throughout the day. While this does not seem like a big deal it could lead to weight gain, which can lead to more serious problems down the road. Most of the research suggest 3 balanced meals a day and small healthy snacks throughout the day (i.e… low fat yogurt, homemade trail mix (store bought is expensive and packed with sugar), fruit etc.) this keeps your metabolism up. Answer #6

i guess its okay if your not doing any hard work ,but if it is okay or not depends on your physic and stamina

Answer #7

I agree 3 meals a day is much better for you. I have even read places that spacing out 4-6 smaller meals in a day is even better for you.

Answer #8

bad, if you do it all the time the lack of food throughout the day causes your insulin levels to spike, when this happens you retain more fat. also eating a huge dinner right before bed, when your metabolism slows down, causes you to put on more weight as you sleep.
