ok so I have been streching for a few days and I work on my split although I cant go down all the way, around how long should I stay in the split position evryday to get farther
do small over splits and in three days youll be able to do them now me im superflexible like im almost a contortionist so it comes easy to me, because I can do a split then bring my back leg up to my head and bend all the way backwards but yea =) need help funmail me I hope most people on my colorguard team
I have no idea!! I can't do the splits at all - can't the one posistion or the other! ummm... I'm assuming it takes quite awhile, especially if you're not in any dace lessons or ballet! I had a friend that just kept on streching ever since she was 5 and by 7 she was able to the splits both ways!
stretch then hold each split for 3 minutes every day
