how do you train your self to do the spits…warnuos and stuff because I wanna b flexible for aditions for musicals.or stuff to make me more flexi

this takes a while but go as far as possible hold for 30 - 60 seconds then get up and keep repeating p.s. keep back straight!!!

splits. hmm… well, first of all, you need to stretch a TON. lol. it helps to do as close to stradle splits as you can, and stretch there… get on the wall, and lean to it. ALWAYS hold these for at least 20 seconds. or it doesnt do anything… lol. im in dance, and I can do both right and left splits. those stretches help the MOST. well, at least for me. =] lol.

If you do straddle stretches every night and morning it really improves flexability. All you do is streach your arm to your right arm to your right foot and hold it then you do the same thing with the left side. Once you get more flexable you will be able to put your face down to your knee. I did this for a few weeks everyday and night and I got flexable and I can now do a split :) Hoe that helps!
