Excercise the biggest thing eat healthy to excersisse you dont need gym equipment use your own weight go to a park monkey bars lets say a million different activities you can do pull ups hang upside down and do that abb thing where you pull your self up or anything reall be creative

its simple. All u need to do is walk, drink alot of water and do sit up every night. Or even go to the gym... Trust me it works lol!
