How do I get fit for cheerleading try outs?

I was wondering how to get fit for cheerleading.. If you culd help that would b great Thanks :)

Swimming is meant to be the best all-round exercise! It uses more muscles than a lot of other sports, and its easier to move underwater, ie. you’ll burn more calories and build muscles with less effort. Another form of exercise that uses a lot of muscles at once is cycling. So I would try to spend either an hour swimming or cycling every day, and mix it up don’t just do one or the other! For cheerleading you also need to be flexible, so I’d start something like yoga or pilattes…yoga is probably the best. It may be hard at first if you’re not very flexible now, but doesn’t take long to get good at! Hope this helps! =]
