Fit by summer??

I really want to be fit by summer; so that gives me about six months. For one, I want to be able to go swimming and be confident, but I also plan on joining gymnastics with my sister and I’d like to be in great shape for it. However, I’m not sure what to do to get fit. I don’t think I’m fat, but I have some unwanted chub on my stomach and I’d like to tone up my arms. Any ideas on some good workouts? If you can, include like, how many reps/ how long or how often, I’d really appreciate it=]

Yoga is a very good thing exspecially for women makes your muscules lean and strong instead of bulking up . Cardio like running/joggin will build up your endurance . … But Gymnastics are a great way to get in shape as well . You’d probably loss that unwated lil bit before they start teaching you all the hard stuff for sure . Push ups help as well theres also a dvd out there that called 10 min beach body . I do em twice a day . Im not skinny but I’ve been losing a lot .

If you go to youtube and type in yoga some vids should show up to help you or any walmart will sell them for 20 bucks and under . Hope it helps and Good luck

if you have any weights at home. use the bench 3 times a week, every other day is good. do like 10 reps 8 reps then 6 reps with like a minute in between each one. Do some curls as well, you can do that everyday. if you don’t have any weight sets. just do some push ups everyday before you go to bed. Do as many as you can. Take a break if you need to but then go right back into it. try to do at least 50 each night, doesn’t have to be all at once. Trust me it helps and it will show after a couple of weeks
