Deep anger

How do you get rid of anger?. I have been hurt a lot and it has left me very angry inside. Please advice me someone. Thankyou.

I usually go in my room and play guitar. And cuddling with my girlfriend helps haha. But other than that, I’m not sure.. :/

You need to vent somehow either by talking to someone or doing something. cause when you vent your anger won’t bother you. for me I vent my anger by playing sports like hockey or football (both contact sports so I hit people and push my body more) and it relaxes me.

There’s always a reson why you feel angry, and if the reason is big…it’s hard to ignore it. some wounds won’t heal through time, all you can do is try :)
