Answer #2

Don’t do something tedious. I generally only get angry at tedious things that mess up (computer going slow, things falling when I put them somewhere, keep getting killed the same way in a game, etc).

Answer #3

stay away from the source of your anger ASAP. and I agree with Jax’s advice. Try to lay down, and close your eyes. But, if it make you feel much better, get a photo of that person and wreck that photo anyway you want:P

Answer #4

dont yell or hit things because that doesnt solve anything. All you are doing when you lash out like that is telling yourself that violent behaviour is acceptable. Just calm down as much as possible, and tell yourself why you are angry. The tell yourself that the problem will be solved and there is no reason to stress over it any longer. Take a couple deep breaths, sit down somewhere close your eyes and concentrate one nothing but your breathing until you can hear your heartbeat. Nice deep breaths. Listen to your heart beating until you feel rellaxed enough to get up and carry on the day without getting angry again.
