Answer #1

awful advice, getting more angry isn’t going to help you let go of your anger

Answer #2

replacing anger with pot smoke is an awful idea

Answer #3

I know how you feel. Stuff from the past comes back from how people wronged you, and you get pissed off at everything. The only thing thats helped me is playing guitar, and trying to be successful in everything I do (seriously). I’m still pissed off, but at least I know I’m worth something, at that makes me feel a little better. Along with that, I make sure I don’t do the things to others that have been done to me. All you can do is try and be a good influence around you.

But on the way side, that anger probably will never go away. It’s hard to forgive, expecially when they don’t change. All you can do is try to correct the mistakes.

Answer #4

try punching a pillow..lol

Answer #5

exercise til you are so tired you cannot think

Answer #6

Actually punching a pillow is a great idea. It helps get some of that anger and stress out. Try it! But don’t hurt anyone or yourself, that’s not a good idea at all. Same with smoking pot, that’s not something you should have to do to get rid of anger.

Good Luck. :)

Answer #7

he definetley shouldnt go back and hurt people who hurt him… thats terrible. you should try boxing or some sport of the sort. because then its like taking out your anger but the other person doesnt get hurt :)
