Crunch queen! No but seriously answer.

I do 1,300 crunches a day, 7 days a week, have been for 3 or 4 weeks, how many more weeks until my stomach is flat, I can be patient lol. But of course I wear size 1 or 2, I’m pretty darn toned, but you can’t see my abs without them bein’ flexed, but I want them totally bam! I weigh 118. Lol. But seriously.

You can do all the crunches in the world but unless you burn off the layer of fat covering them, you are not actually going to see your hard work. You need to do high intensity cardio like running to burn off fat.

Haha the first sentence reminds me of a math problem! :D

Well I herd theres a thing like a Calculator where you put in how much activity you do and it tells you have much fat you burn. I have no clue if this will help but its all the advice I have!
