What are crunches?

What are cruches? How do they work and how do you do them, and also how many should I do a day 2 show a difference? Answers would be awsum thanks

as for how many you need to do to show a difference depends on how much body fat you have over your abs, Most people don’t realize that doing endless crunches and sit up’s aren’t gonna do much if you have a bunch of fat over your abs to begin with… Meaning you’ll have strong abs but will be unable to see them. The only way your gonna get results is by doing half an hour of cardio …5 times a week along with the crunches and sit ups.
