Running or crunches?

Which one helps with getting rid of fat of the stomach?? People always give me mixed answers does anyone no the right answer??

Running/cardio/aerobics all help more. Crunches will firm the muscles as the fat is dropping off from the running.

Crunches will only tighten up your upper abs so you look a little thinner but won’t help too much in the end. Running will definitely work a lot more just because it burns so many calories. Just jog/walk fast for about an hour 3-5x a week and it’ll drop off quick.
