Chilli cheese fries

I weigth 132 im 5 5 and I’ve been working out a lot I am a ballerina and I at today some chilli cheese fries. I feel guilty about it but I havent had any greasy foods or fats and carbs for over a month will this b bad for me and jepoerdize my diet?

as long as you’re burning off more calories than you’re putting on, you should be fine, by the way if you don’t want your chili cheese fries, I’ll gladly eat them

no. your active and sometimes you need a little space to eat junk. it shouldnt be an everyday thing. but every once in a while it’s alrighht (:

you shouldn’t be worried about eating chili cheese fries. you are an active person and having this once in a while will not do any harm.

Enjoy dancing and don’t you worry, once in a while, a little junk food is all you need :)
