Would I lose weight if I just ate cottage cheese & water for 14 days?

yes, but you’ll be sick and lacking a lot of nutrients and then when you start eating normally again you’ll probably just gain all the weight and more…

oh plus you’ll get really bored of just eating cheese for 2 weeks straight.

I agree with sethpatto. cottage cheese will do nothing. eat a healthy diet. go for a 1 mile jog in the morning, drink plenty of water. that should do the trick.x

how about just cutting down of fats and exersising? cottage cheese and water is a bad idea. hahaha how’d you come up with it?

You would get sick for sure,I don’t know about losing any weight,try a different option.
