Why are kids angels around everyone else except you?

because if they dont know you and they do something bad they dont like getting in truble by someone else.

they try to see how far they can get away with things. Don’t let them do this. Fight back. Punish them if you have to. It’s the only way things will settle down with you and your kids. Don’t be scared to give them a whipping or 2. After all, I should know. I am a kid. :)

Because you are in charge of setting the limits on their world for now. They want someone to tell them when enough is enough and where the lines are drawn. Kids with no limits are scared and feel like no one cares. Kids aren’t angels around everyone else, they just tell you that ;) When they choose to show their best side to others, they are giving you a glimpse of what they will be someday. Don’t be afraid to set limits and be firm. I’m not a fan of whipping anyone, that just teaches them that someone bigger than them can hit them and get away with it. Might doesn’t make right necessarily.

LOL I’m 15 so my mom says the same thing. We feel more conforable around our mom’s and dads. Also depending on the kids ages make a BIG difference. truthful I think that kids do that because its a part of live. Its apart of being a parnet. No body said kids were easy or behaved well other wise we would be kids. Its our job to drive you up a wall to made you crazy! (LOL) just think if we were all little angels, that wouldn’t be much fun. It would be boring… It would be a prefect life… And we all no life is not prefect and never will be.

My brothers do that, they’re way younger than me, and I’m always made out to be the monster. But I agree with kidwitdaquestions.
