Chicken pox second time around?

I’ve got chicken pox again will it be more serious this time? when can I go back to work?

I didnt know you could get them twice but I havent eve had them once yet and people tell me thats bad becasue the older you get the worse you will get them

I had them twice too. there are two different types, and that’s why you can get it twice. I didn’t notice that they were worse the second time around, but I was a child. they say it gets harder for your body to recover from them as you get older. so, keep yourself hydrated and stay concious of what your body is doing. and yes, you have to be all “scabbed over”.

I’m not sure if itll be more serious or not but I’ve had chicken pox once before and I wasn’t allowed to go back to skewl until they were scabbed over.
