Answer #10

damn!! all these numbers make me embarrased!! lol im 17 and I can only bench 65lbs (3sets, 10reps) well… I just took weight traninning as a course in my school this year… so im still in the prosses of getting toned arms..lol

Answer #11

Play any sports? You’re built like a fullback from your description. If so, really concentrate on the squats. When I was in high school our tailback was Fred Bell, 6’1”, 215 lbs as a sophomore he only benched 225 lbs but he squatted up there with the big boys, 400 lbs (this is barbell with the 90 degree detector worn on the leg–so no cheating). As a junior he was the second leading rusher in the state, just behind Shaun Alexander. No doubt he would be worth millions today and you would know his name if he hadn’t been expelled from school on drug related charges before his senior year.

So I guess what I’m saying is stay off drugs and stay in school.
