benching-is this good, okay, or bad?

I just turned 15, I weigh 158 and when I bench press I do 10 reps of 150 and max out at 195. Like none of my friends lift so I have no idea how much I should be benching. so giving my weight and age is 10 reps of 150 and max 195 good, okay, or bad.

pretty impressive since you can bench press your own body weight, thats good

im 6ft and I have more of a slim, toned body

You should be doing 3 sets of 12 or 8 reps whatever weight you can lift that many times it doesn’t matter how much your friends can lift everyone is different some are stronger others aren’t.

well that astonishing and incredible that a 15 yr old can bench press a max of almost 200 already. I expect that from a 17-18 yr old.

but from someone that was 14 less than a month ago or so??? awesome.

maybe if you give us your hieght we can have a better answer.

and is your body slim, bulky, or fat?? and if so, how much??? so I can get a better picture.

I think tis perfectly natural, but just dont over do it. I knew people that hurt them selves bad exceeding their limits.
