Why can't I lift as much?

At the beginning of the school year I was able to bench 95 pounds. I was able to do lawn mower pulls with a 100 pound dumb bell. And I was able to push with 35 pounds (not including the bar). About half way through the school year I started eating a lot healthier thinking I would actually be more healthy and able to lift more, right? I do feel a lot healthier, but I feel a lot weaker too. It is now difficult for me to do lawn mower pulls with a 50 pound dumb bell, I can only push with 10 pounds, and my max on bench is now 65. Why am I so much weaker now? At first I thought it was some sort of weird mind thing, but it’s not. That’s really all I can do. Is this because of my eating healthy? I didn’t eat hardly any junk food before, and now I eat very, very, very little to none. Any advice? I love you! (ps, I am actually eating food. I even eat in the mornings now and everything! So if you’re thinking that I’m anorexic or something, I’m not.)

It depends on your diet even if you’re eating healthier you may not be eating enough or your just not eating a lot of protein to maintain your muscle mass. If you were losing weight more then two pounds a week you were losing muscle as well so don’t lose more then 2 pounds a week.
