How can I loose sum weight? ..just a lil of baby fat..What is some good food to eat? help help help

dont eat after 8 in the evening and be sure to eat salad and drink of milk and water

Eat only whole grains and cut out fatty foods. Eat alot of vegetables and fruits, yogurt too. I try to have a bowl of oatmeal everyday, it is very good for your heart. Try to eat something every 2 hours so that your body doesn’t try to store fat because it thinks it’s starving. (Check out the Abs diet)

A good way to lose baby fat or extra weight all around is by doing aerobic exercises. These include running, bike riding, or hiking. Basically any physical activity that includes your whole body that keeps your heart rate up will best work for you. To get a good workout and tone up all over remember to do these exercises for more than 30 minutes to work up a good sweat. Warm up 5 minutes before working out and cool down 5 minutes after working out. Don’t overwork yourself, the last thing you need is to injure yourself. By eating healthy food you can insure that your body will tone up and grow healthy and strong minus the baby fat. Good luck!
