Baby Fat?

I run about two-and-a-half miles every day and do reps on various weight machines. All I have done since my daughter was born– THREE years ago– is gain weight. I’m twenty-one, 5’5” and am nearing 160 lbs despite my best efforts. Any sugestions?

im going to assume that youre eating right too… you might at this point just be gaining muscle…

Well, maybe some. I do have a lot of muscle mass, especially in my legs. But I’ve gained 30 lbs and that seems like a lot to me.
