How do I just lose the baby fat from being pregnant?

I had a beautiful daughter not to long ago… about 6 months ago. and I still have baby fat.. I want to get rid of it sooo bad.. any advice??

Eat lots of Vegetables like Asparagus and Celery. Not with Ranch or with very little. Don’t eat Fatty Foods which I expect you probably ate when you were pregnant due to Cravings. Don’t workout too vigorously. Try breast feeding also.

2 years is the average time to fully recovering from a baby. Your fat should go away within a year and faster if you breast feed. The second year is when your skin should be almost stretched back to normal. If you do not breast feed expect to work very hard to burn off the fat just like everybody else.

hahahaha well every one told me oh if your breat feeding the weight just melts off you thats total bull sh1t!!! I havnt lost a pound yet from breast feeding the only weight I lost since birth is when my baby came out thats it but I have been eating healthy and working out and im seeing a differance in my waist line but not my weight yet so try billy blanks workouts I swear by them and eat healthy
