can anyone suggest a good meal plan for a teenager? someone who does dancing 3 times a week, strength exercises 3 times a week and jogging at least 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes?
eat healthy meals like salads and fruits and vegtables also drink lots of water and stay away from greasy foods and defanitly fast foods and not a lot of junk food either and cut back on how much salt you use
You should really make an appointment with a dietitian to assess exactly what sorts of foods you should be consuming in your day. They're trained professionals.
try a lil bit more rest. over training springs to mind!
