Do I overeat?
Ok I am really concerned if I am eating more than the suggested dose of food. There are many times a week where I just pig out, and sometimes this will be non - stop for days, and I can’t help,I really want to be fit, but how do I do that when I have the cravings for food? Is there a pill I can take?

Nah you’re down right perfect. Your metabolism is fast is all. So when you eat junky foods it doesnt really affect you.
