how can I lose 30 pounds in 2 months

Ok iam 13 years old I weigh 167 pounds and am 5 foot 8 in a half inches tall.People say iam not fat but I dont believe them.I missed school today because I forgot to wash my sweatshirt so I didnt go.since 6 grade I have never not wore my sweatshirt because iam so selfconcience so please help

You shouldn’t give yourself a time frame. Just try and lose the weight the right way. Here is how I lost 50 pounds after having my son, I lost it in 4 months.

-Eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals -Cut out carbs -Make water your primary drink after breakfast. -No salad dressing, use vinegar and spices instead -No fried foods, only baked and grilled -Eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juice -NO SODA! -Use spices and hotsauce instead of butter flavorings -Portion out your pantry into ziplock bags. Don’t just leave a whole bag of chips, put it into portions in zip lock bags, you are less likely to overeat that way. -Use smaller plates -Write down everything you eat - you are less likely to overeat when you see what you have eaten already. -Walk for 1 hour each day. -Walk up and down stairs for 15 mintues a day

well I already run 2 miles a day and 200 hundred situps will that work I’ve only done that for 2 weeks and only lost 1 inch of my sromach

Working out does no good, unless you are dieting and eating healthy also.

Give it time. Some people dont’ lose weight as fast as others.

Cardio 1 hour and a half everyday 5 days a week good luck!!
