How can I make sure to not overeat?

I am very active so I burn of lots of calories, but I eat a lot! I have been told more than once that if I stopped dancing a lot that I would gain weight like crazy…so basically I was just wondering how to not eat so much??? :S

Eat smaller portions and you’ll be fine and if needed add Healthy snack items inbetween meals…Take care !!

A better option would be not to stop dancing. Or if you have to stop dancing, continue to exercise.

Try eating very slow, like 20 bites per fork-load, then always Stop eating when you are “almost” full and only eat again when you are hungry.
