21 pounds a week, how does this make sense?
If someone was loosing weight and they needed say 2000 calories to lose weight and they ate 500, that they would lose 21 pounds a week? That doesn’t make since. How does that work?
You would have to starve yourself to lose 21lbs a week and in no way would this be healthy for you. Besides your math is off 2000cal is about 1lb of fat. So in your theory they’d be losing 1500 a day and 1500x7 is 8500 and that’s still only 4.25lbs of fat loss a week. :)
If you don’t eat anything for a week you could probably lose 21 pounds, especially if you are overweight. Or mabye just eat fruits and drink water and nothing else and you would probably lose a significant amount of weight.
You can’t lose 21 pounds a week, that simply isn’t feasible, so the answer to your question is it wouldn’t work…
Thats a lot of weight to lose a week you maybe able to burn of at least 10 plus but it will be hard yakka..
If you can get any biggest loser dvds (k-mart outlets) they do all those types of hard training and teach you how to diet at the same time I’ve just seen them come out recently that will help you a LOT.
You can also do the usual dips, crunches, push ups, weight lifting, running, swimming, ridding a bike, walking basically if you have a local gym do that a hour or so a day and combine it will green leaf foods (plus others) as well as running or swimming another activity and you’ll be dropping the pounds like flys…
will take a lot of effort so best of luck.
When I fasted I lost about 1 lb a day not counting food and water weight that comes back when you start eating again.
Weight loss is never exact like a math equation. When we eat fewer calories than usual our body compensates by reducing the number of calories it burns. It assumes that food is scarse and goes into starvation mode. While this was a great thing at the beggining of famines it really frustrates dieters. Some people refer to the body’s attempts to maintain the same body weight as stasis. Some overweight people joke that they aren’t overweight, just famine resistant.
lol if that was possible let me know bc thats all I need to lose lol
