How can I gain about 10 pounds in 2 weeks?

Okay so I really wanna gain like 10 pounds. I’m about 100 pounds now and in 9th grade, I’m maybe like 5th tinest in my grade. I think I’m kinda too skinny but I eat all the time. I only do one sport which is dance once a week. Is there any ways I could gain 10 pounds soon?

It depends on how tall your are compared to your weight. I think a lot of people have weird weights in high school and donot get more normal until their twenties. I donot think you should worry about it but try to get stronger maybe. I know that building muscles makes you gain weight but it is healthy weight too. if you really want to do push ups but that sounds like you would be loosing weight. I think try that for a while and lift weights too I bet it would work.

start lifting weights and drinking protein shakes or eating protein bars, eat lots of meat and carbs
