I would really like to loose 20 lbs before my husband comes home from Iraq in 5 weeks and surprise him, Any tips?

ummm dont except to lose 20 pounds in five weeks thats a tip…you should lose 20 pounds in 8 weeks. Your body loses 2-3 pounds in a week…just stick with a low calorie diet and dont drink too much water just water, crystal light and lowfat or skim milk, yogurts and stuff like that, not alotofn food high in salt like mac and cheese, spaghetti without the sauce…and no diet pills they dont work.

im a guy bt I got really thin by accident, just tell your body you feel like puking and eat HALF of all your food and voowalah
