200 or more rep workouts for volleyball?

for volleyball weve been asked to start doing 200 or more reps workout everyday. I just did a 200 rep workout today and its hard for me to find stuff to do. so if you could tell me stuff that I can do for a 200 or more rep workout, that would be gaaareat,,,kthanks!

Trying doing a combination of pushups and situps. Also you could try to do back workouts or pullups.

200 reps of just anything, situps, crunches, prison squats and whatnot. I just need more exercises then just those though
