Is this workout routine good?

When I work out I only can go to the gym 3 times a week and when I go I go for 2 to 4 hours. Is that enough for a week? Also I do 1000 calories on the treadmill and 200 situps and little weight training. Is that enough?

thats bearly enough dude no offense O.K.! but what you need to do is workout 3 times a week mon,wends,friday. do 200 situps, 300 pushups, 350 crunches . now get dumbells and do 290 of them

that sounds like more than enough. im not into the whole working out scene. but… the people i know only go for like an hour at a time… it’s said not to over do anything… beacuse you could end up working too hard… and strain yourself… idk. just be careful?
