15-can I make a difference?

I am 15 years old, so am not even allowed to vote yet, but I am interested in politics and in major world issues such as global warming and I really want to get involved somehow. is there any way that teenagers can get involved in this?

Well I am 13 and all I know to say is: you can recycle (you have probably heard that one before though), You can maybe write a letter to your mayor and ask him if he will let you set up a place in town to make a speech or something of the sort, you could post things up on the internet asking people to save energy and to recycle and stuff like that, you could make a website on the cause (try making a free one at weebly.com) and tell people about your website (maybe just maybe it will break through to someone), You could also leave little pieces of paper at random places with your website on it (I have done that before for a website I had made and it worked a little bit)

That is all I can think of at the moment. I hope I helped.

You can organize demonstrations and privately petition the general populace and report your findings to the legislators and big-wheels. I am unaware of any legal implications in this, but you have several means at your disposal to influence the political system we all submit to. Without voting.

An illuminated mind is a very powerful thing, regardless of race, gender, social class, or age.
