I have a 14 hour school schedule next semester. How do I stay awake and alert?
My schedule for Monday is: 7:30a-10:40a 10:50a-12:55p 1:20p-4:30p 5p-9:10p
Make sure to maintain a proper diet, exercise during your free time (especially weekends, weight lifting is most effective), and get 7-9 hours of sleep. I cup or coffee or tea in the morning should help you get going as well, but diet, exercise, and sleep are the best ways to stay awake and alert.
