workout results?

has any one tried the core rythm workout thing? does it work and how quickly will you see results?

no. but I know going to the gym mon, wed, fri, gives me results. but we have to remember that is takes our bodies nearly a month is adapt and develop muscle. so working out to day gives results one month later. thats why we need to be frequent.
