HIIT workout

I just started doing HIIT. I’m doing 20 sec full out sprint intervals with about a minute walk in between. I did ten today. Is this good to expect results? Or do I need to do more? I know the point of it is that you don’t have to do as much (time wise)

You can expect results, but not from the first day. Try examining yourself weekly to monitor the improvements in your results.
