Working out then puking...is this normal?

Ok when I exerzie REALLY FREAKING HARD I get sick and once I had just got done working out and I was in the bathroom and my friends and I were trying to feel the little dangly thing in your mouth and I puked and I felt a LOT better. Is that normal and should I do it again next time I work-out really hard, because when I do work-out really hard I get woozy and sick to my stomach.

(Btw my friends and I were weird and we were not trying to puke, we were just bored)

Try not to work out so hard. If that is what is making you sick then just work out less.

maybe you should just cj=hill and take it easy do to the doctor you could have a rare stomache disorder

I think its bcuss your workinq to hard. because once I was in gym + it was really hot outside, and I got dizzy then I puked, and I felt better !
